When we bought our house on the Monteney park we were so excited about it we bought a lot of extras including kardean flooring and was told we had 2 years warranty apparently that was a lie as my floor has lifted and cracked and because it was over a year gleesons won't help how's that good service and the outside we were told they would be trees and a pleasant outlook and it's a mess so very unhappy with Gleesons

Seriously. An honest review. Please do not buy with these. I brought. So many issues. Heating NOT working. I have had approx 8 plumbers in my house. All blaming the other. After care ring me then NOTHING. Stay clear of gleesons. Seriously bad after care and they don't care when you have brought. Please take this review seriously. I would NEVER of brought if I knew the after care. Promises of phonecards back..... Never happens

Would not recommend a Gleeson home to anyone. We have issues from Oct 2020 that still have not been either addressed or resolved. The sales process service is second to none but once they get your money, aftercare service does not exist. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are cheap and we have had to already replace things less than 2 years later.

We bought a property in Middlestone Meadows in January, moved here in February and have never had any problems since. The sale went smoothly and quickly, and the sales executive, Jane, was always available for help and advice. The construction site manager is also accessible, and, except some minor things that were solved quickly, we haven't had any issues. The estate is lovely and we would definitely recommend it!

We’ve just reserved our home at St Andrew’s Heights, Skegby. Both Sandy and Tina have been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. They have been extremely supportive and helpful, talking us through each step and answering any questions quickly and efficiently. We have more to do until we’re finally in our beautiful new home, but I know we will receive the very best of care throughout.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible company to deal with who build terrible houses. Takes years to get anything fixed and then the snowball of problems after the initial issue they wash their hands of. Customer service team lie constantly to you just to try and get you off their back.Ripped my front garden up and never re-turfed it and said that was my responsibility, even though the front turf is provided by them. For years ignored that a drain cover was never fitted correctly, they looked at it confirmed it wasn’t fitted and still left it for another year and when the drain was filled with stones from the drive, sealed the cover and now won’t clear the blockage in the drain.If I could go back and never listen to the salesman’s lies and waste my money, I would.

I wish I could give this company a zero star. Their customer service is awful. You have to fight tooth and nail to get anything sorted once you move in. They use cheap contractors to save money. My back and front gardens were never done properly. Took them 10 months after moving in to come survey my garden then still did a terrible job. The turf laid in my front is terrible quality and they laid it on top of stones and now it doesn’t grow properly or evenly. Their response is it’s homeowners maintenance but no it wasn’t done correctly in the 1st place. I wish I had never bought a Gleeson home.
