GoogleThe worst agents going by far. Made a viewing and the agent turns up 30 minutes later. Made an offer on property only to be told us rejected. Then received a calls few days later saying the offer is accepted and to send documents and details of solicitors. Documents were sent and solicitors instructed and then received a call saying an increased offer has been recieved and if I wanted to increase my offer. I didn't increase the offer and no did they get back to me to inform me of anything further. Disgusting and rude mannered staff and awful service all in all. Further to the below response, your records are clearly inadequate as you requested the documents late one day and the next they were provided. Of course you have to act on vendors instructions which is why you rejected the offer and then decided to call and accept. What a coincidence that is, maybe to increase your own commission. Disgraceful service, appalling staff and rules & procedures.
Good afternoon Ummar we are sorry and completely understand that you feel disappointed having lost out on the property you wanted. We have checked our records and unfortunately we had not received all the documents we required from you and in the meantime we received a higher offer than yours. We are required by law to inform our clients of any offers and you were given the chance to increase which you declined. We acted on the instruction of our client and accepted the higher offer. The market is exceptionally busy and demand is very high, therefore buyers are recommended by email to act quickly in providing documents. Whilst, as a company, we do not agree with gazumping we have to act on our vendors' instructions and unfortunately this can lead to disappointment for buyers. GoogleRude no telephone manners, I called to ask if I can plan a visit to a property and after hearing what I said the phone was hangup, when I called second time straight after no apologies offered and spoken in unprofessional manner , don't know the name but was a man.
