FacebookThank you so much to Jack and all the team at stones young for help selling our house, we put our house up for sale during a period of uncertainty when they had just relaxed lockdown rules for estate agents and the market was allowed to start operating again, we were so impressed with how the team handled the situation and all the viewings they were great! All the staff have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would definitely reccomend them. They kept me updated throughout the lengthy process and when I became frustrated with solicitors etc Samantha was always on hand to offer reassurance or put in a quick call to the buyer to make sure things were progressing. GoogleRude no telephone manners, I called to ask if I can plan a visit to a property and after hearing what I said the phone was hangup, when I called second time straight after no apologies offered and spoken in unprofessional manner , don't know the name but was a man.

GoogleNot having moved in 38 years this was a daunting process and it was a wobbly start but with help and advice and lots of chasing up solicitors etc from Andrew we got there. He is a great asset to the company . Always knew when we had any concerns questions he would follow though and get back to us.
