I bought and sold my first house with Haart; the review here is in relation to that: Very helpful, took great photos of my property and valued it to an accurate amount. Always kept in touch and answered any queries I had. Would use haart again if I have a house to sell! Thanks again for your services :) I now want to add on a review for our current circumstances: We decided to take the plunge and put my boyfriend's house on the market. The advice and professional manner from Steve at Haart made it an easy choice for this team to put the property in their hands. Haart Blaby are clearly a fantastic estate agent around this area; the staff are friendly, polite and have great communication - Steve, Mercedes and Sophie have been just brilliant. We're now at the stage where we're making and potentially accepting offers for the respective properties, we couldn't have done it without the professional help from the team at Haart. Thank you once again :-) Final update: the whole Haart team have been brilliant from start to finish, lots of check-ins, keeping us in the loop and just being excellent go-to guys. Can't thank them enough for the support whilst going through this whole selling & buying process. Will continue to recommend to anyone I know wanting to sell their house in the South Leicestershire area! :-)

An absolute pleasure to have Haart on board. The whole process was easy and a pleasure , a no hassle sale, they did all my viewings and liaised with the buyer swiftly and efficiently. Offered lots of advice when a change of purchaser took place , just to help me see the bigger picture and how this resulted in a much quicker sale . Brilliant - well done Mercedes and Steve - and thank you for coming to my rescue with a last minute check at the property when I just couldn’t get there due to work commitments! I would of put my property on the market with haarts but the problem was Mr McDonald and that he sat in my chair in my house and said the words "I want your house" in a weird voice He also told me to leave his shop in blaby to After I asked him this question " why did you only offer me south wigston as an area to live in and only give me property,'s within that area when I was looking for somewhere to live? His answer was a bit abrupt and he said to myself "what has prolonged this outburst and he said because we only had properties in the area at that time" And then he told me to leave I think there was more to this than meets the eye and to be honest when I have odd behaviour in any place I live in I to will be showing that person the door but I did get my own back on him and got him to turn up at my address and I never answered the door with a new property that I wished to sell The thought of him driving for me made me feel quite what's the word contented at a statement to any estate agent "don't show me the door and who the hell do you think you are?" Customer service is paramount and reviews to (apologise if he is man enough to do it) which reminds me I am also waiting for an apology off another man when he "takes on me" but I am sure he will like reading this x

Can't really give anymore stars than 1 unfortunately. My partner & I tried to view several properties through Haart but never got a call back to arrange a viewing - even after chasing several times myself. NEVER settle for a 'call back' as you won't get one. I'd also think twice about selling through them as they don't seem to want to make appointments for genuine potential buyers. A house I tried to see has now dropped in price twice - they probably aren't getting many viewings... wonder why?!

We bought and sold through Haart, our overall process was extremely long but this was because initially we had our house on with another agent but our sale fell through twice. Haart rescued our purchase by selling our house within a day of having it on their books! The whole team are really helpful and were always at the end of a phone.
