I would give zero if possible. Disgraceful service, rude, untimely, theiving. I am absolutely fuming. NEVER go with ocean.
We are of course disappointed in your review of the service received by Ocean lettings & management. Clearly you are frustrated and whilst you are entitled to your opinion, we can factually prove the damages to the rented property resulting in a claim against deposit by the landlord.With regards to your suggestion that our property management team have been rude, we would refute this claim robustly. The communication that you are referring to politely lists the damage caused and costs claimed. These are of course standard letters, approved by our governing bodies, highlighting issues and supported by numerous check-in & check-out photographs. It is/will be used for all such end of contracts for the thousands of properties we manage on behalf of landlords. The subsequent telephone call was terminated due to the abusive tone taken by the caller.We would also like to make you aware that whilst we have advised you to cancel your standing orders for the rent, this has not been done, as a consequence we have received over £2000. If you would cancel your standing orders as soon as possible we would be very grateful.Please feel free to contact the property management team at your convenience so that we may assist in mediation with the landlord regarding claims against your deposit, we will be happy to help.Regards, Ocean.
