GoogleI recent used Mullucks it was my first time renting privately and I had such a great experience with Loraine! She was so helpful from start to finish and made everything really easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was always quick to answer any questions I had. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Loraine was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went well even rang me to wish me luck with the move. Mullucks as a company were also super easy to deal with and I’d definitely recommend.

We had the problem of selling my sister’s house in Much Hadham, whist we live in Devon. Andrew from Mullucks was enthusiastic and helpful from the start, offering advice and even checking on the property occasionally. The open weekend was organised without us needing to make another journey, we were kept in the picture at every step, and achieved better than expected results. Overall we were really pleased with the service from Mullucks.

GoogleI have recently had cause to use Mullucks in Bishops Stortford whilst negotiating a fairly stressful let of a cottage, locally. Most particularly, Gareth, with Lorraine and their colleagues in residential lettings went above and beyond expectations… they really were the well oiled cogs that saw me, on behalf of my 84 year old Mum, across this finish line. GoogleThe Lettings Team at Mullucks have managed my property over a number of years always giving excellent service. I have recently been dealing with Loraine who is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and who deals with any matters arising, both from myself and my Tenants in a prompt and efficient manner - and a pleasure to speak with. The above also goes for Zoe, both I have found to be prepared to "go the extra mile" to assist. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Lettings Team at Mullucks.

The whole team are first class and always satisfy my needs as a landlord, and most importantly the needs of my tenants also on a day to day basis.

GoogleOur experience with Mullucks has been consistently disappointing, unprofessional, and at times, outright discriminatory. Most recently, they handled the end of our tenancy in the most appalling way. The landlord gave us notice and then tried to take money from us for clear wear and tear, and instead of advocating for fairness, Mullucks (especially Clare) completely mishandled the situation and offered no support. Their communication has been poor, evasive, and unhelpful throughout. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with them. A few years ago, when we were trying to rent another property through them, my wife was asked if she was pregnant. Shortly after, we were rejected for the rental, and another family was chosen, likely because the landlord (who lived next door) wanted to avoid the “noise” of a young baby. Asking if someone is pregnant during a rental process is not only inappropriate but discriminatory and unacceptable. We’ve since purchased a lovely home through Oliver Minton, a much smaller agency that has shown far more professionalism and integrity than Mullucks ever has. Avoid Mullucks like the plague, they have repeatedly proven themselves unreliable, unprofessional, and discriminatory.

My partner and I had to leave our previous home due to circumstances beyond our control and needed to find somewhere fast - we expected a turbulent few weeks and thought we would have to compromise on what we wanted to meet out deadline. We recently bought a house though Mullucks. We were very happy with the service they provided. In particular, Andrew Kershaw, Liz Sharpe, William Wells. They helped with Negotiation, and then constant progress chasing of all parties involved in the chain, through to successful conclusion. No other estate agent in the chain were as proactive. It shows the value that an Estate Agent can bring to the whole process (not just the "Agreeing a Sale" part). Thanks to all at Mullucks. We are very happy with our new house and location. I could not recommend them enough.

The girls who manage the day-to-day running of the rentals are A*, always well organised, helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A great company with an excellent property management team. GoogleI wish it would allow me to leave a zero star review. As a tenant, I have been absolutely appalled by the extremely poor communication skills and incompetence I have experienced with this branch. From the very beginning, our initial viewing where the estate agent George turned up 45 minutes late with no communication or update. Many occasions of being told I’ll receive a call back from Gareth regarding important issues but never did. Mullucks are very pushy when wanting a review, well here it is. Having experienced and still experiencing absolutely terrible and unprofessional communication with Clare over many issues with our property. Lack of empathy, abrupt and ignorant. Very poor estate agent!
