TrustpilotNice people to deal but high fees.
Nice people to deal with and they were the agents who were first to find us a tenant, but the management fees are the highest percentage we have come across and we are having to chase for them to complete services offered and requested well before check in date, which is complicating matters relating to changeover of utilities.

TrustpilotOver charging for unnecessary services
As a landlord letting a property through this company they charge you for unnecessary services without seeking approval and then have the audacity to take the money from your rent without your agreement. They certainly do not have your best interests in mind, just how to make more money out of you and increase their own profits at your expense

I have used Intercounty for many years as a landlord and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Kat Keats is a brilliant housing manager and deals with all issues, whether complex or simple, in a calm, friendly and professional way.

Estate agents are ok, good communication.Lettings - as a landlord I wouldn’t bother paying the extra to have them check your property as not convinced they actually do by the way mine was left in, trying to get some deposit back for cleaning and repairs was stressful, very much on the tenants side and not the landlords!!

Thank you for feedback Victoria, it enables us to continually review what we do. Certainly it is frustrating if a property is not returned how we as agents and yourself as a landlord would have wished, however this is the purpose of a third party checkout and I understand it was noted within this report. I believe at this point our property management team were able to obtain quotes, agree deductions with the minimum of fuss from the vacating tenant and get a prompt payment made. GoogleMy partner and I had a great experience with Intercounty, especially the support we received from Doug, our sales progressor. He was very communicative from the beginning to the end of the process and always chased things up on either side if there were any delays.
