Brilliant service. Catherine has been so helpful and really friendly, as were Jack and Josh on the phone. I have been kept updated on how things were progressing and my tenancy was sorted within a couple of days after viewing the property.Would highly recommend Intercounty, very efficient and very friendly, and could not be happier with the service I received.

GoogleI am happy to report good service from the Sales team, in particular Jack and Doug. The Lettings team all need to go on a customer service course. As for the Conveyancers they recommended, Premier Property Lawyers - you don't want to go there!

Great service throughout the process of selling my house. Very professional from the outset and did good job of marketing our property. Viewings were very well managed with prompt and clear feedback. When a couple of things went awry during the sale (not Intercounty's fault) they were very proactive in helping us to sort everything out.

Intercounty has been acting as a property agent and management company for the property I am renting in Hertfordshire . I would like to urge any potential tenant about the quality of property management services they provide . For almost one month and a half they cannot manage our shower to be fixed . Then house has got numerous issues including rats that have damaged our belongings as well as black mould on the windows . The company does not take any of those issues seriously and put tenants into unbearable living conditions failing to manage their contractors who are not qualified , rude and go into your house whenever they want without taking their shoes off . When you sign a rental agreement through Intercounty you are trapped - they will not help you do not take any responsibility , blame all on you and threaten you with breach of contract if you do not pay the rent even though they rent the house in i habitual dangerous condition (black mould and rats ) Stay away and refuse to sign if Intercounty is managing the property if you do not want to live with rats mould and a Broken shower for almost two months .
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear how your overall experience has left you feeling. At all times through the tenancy, we have acted swiftly to try and rectify any issues with the property, as has the landlord. When you raised the issue of pests in the property we had pest control around on the same day, along with electricians to rectify the problem immediately. When your shower stopped working we managed to get a plumber out within 24 hours, who advised that Affinity Water needed to visit to solve an issue with the stop cock in the street. This was chased through and eventually sorted 3 weeks later, so that our plumber could attend. On the day he had booked with you unfortunately your circumstances didnβt allow the appointment to go ahead at the arranged time and when you could allow it to happen it didnβt give enough time for the works to be done. We discussed the matters with the landlord at all times and organised for your last months rent to be waived as a gesture of goodwill. I am sorry to hear of your overall experience, however I can see the team have taken every possible step to resolve the issues for you, along with agreeing compensation for the challenges. The only downside is the conveyancers they are associated with, however intercounty themselves were superb π
