GoogleI had a very good experience with this letting agency. Communication was smooth and straightforward, and they were able to offer appointments at very short notice. The agent, Hollie, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. She made the whole experience much easier for us, and we really appreciated the support.

GoogleI have looked for a house to buy in Bishops Stortford nearly for a year. I found Intercounty estate agents the most professional and patient. Especially Jack Hills, Megan Izhod, and sales progressor Doug Whybrow were second to none in their help towards nominating the house to buy, put an offer, get offer accepted, and get the completion done. I would not hesitate to recommend them! They do great job!!!

Doug Whybrow is the reason I am giving 5 stars, he is able to progress sales quickly by being an excellent mediator and communicator between all parties. He kept us in the loop and up to date and was quick to act when needed. A very pleasant and highly professional individual, it's just a shame the sale is complete and we won't get to work with him again anytime soon!

Disappointing, dismissive and useless. To beging with, the selling team were nice enough and very communicative. Even if there were mistakes along the way they always seemed to find means to fix it, at least until the deposit was paid. But once the money were sent, and you signed the last document for the property; if you have any issues whatsoever with the it they will not interfere. YOU have to deal with everything, there were health and safety issues with our rental and the landlord agreed to end the tenancy early because they sent someone to evaluate the flat and there were serious issues; "the property manager" said this is not up to her and she can't help with any of the issues and to contact the landlord as he is the one who manages the property...shocking!!!! What is the purpose of Intercounty then? You can go and rent directly from the landlord in this case. Also Extremely rude and absolutely USELESS ... Unprofessional! This whole time looked only at ways to not take full accountability, and again "the property manager" tried to play the fools card stating that she wasn't aware of the situation, and when it was brought to her attention that emails have been sent in every detail, once she did see that everything was documented she then ignored us and did not answer the phone or her emails, only showing that she has no idea how to handle a situation. So I don't understand how can you be a property manager when you are solely relying on the landlord to deal with this, the tenant is left to whom?the tenant is left completely unprotected. What property are you managing? Or am I to understand that your job description is only to send a checklist and that is it? Tracey Coulthard was an absolute tool or at least behaving like one in this case and completely left me appalled of her lack of interest and unprofessionalism in finding a resolution; her main concern being to find ways to dismiss us, instead of helping closing this situation. Really goes to show what good people (or the lack of them) goes to ruin one's reputation.

GoogleI really had a good experience with intercounty in my search for a couples room to rent. They were deligently communicative professionals my most gratitude goes to Katie and sheli they kept me updated whenever l had concerns. We are so grateful for the effort you put to keep us informed and confident through out the process up until l moved in. I felt so welcomed for it was not easy looking for a place to stay whilst you are new in the country and everything is new but we are so grateful to find trustworthy people.

GoogleI had a good experience with Intercounty! I recently had a problem with my bathroom and contacted their online repair service. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they resolved the issue (contacted in the morning and resolved in the afternoon). Their team was professional, courteous and showed great competence in solving the problem. Within a short time, they sent a plumber who identified and resolved the issue. Communication was clear and timely, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their home or similar problems.
