I recently arranged to view a rental property advertised by Intercounty Bishop's Stortford. My experience dealing with Intercountry was faultless. All members of staff I spoke to by telephone were helpful, patient and friendly. My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all details of the viewing were confirmed by email. At the property, I was met by Katie, who was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. She allowed me enough time to look at the property properly, without putting me under any pressure, and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. She also followed up the viewing the next day, again without me feeling under any pressure. I would definitely feel positive about using Intercounty's services again in future.

I can only report positive experiences with the team at Intercounty, Braintree. In particular Luke and George have been fantastic throughout our house hunting process. We rented through Intercounty and had a great experience, dealing directly with Katie, Natasha and Sheli. The only issue with the entirety of the process was the fact that our property has a right of access through its back garden which we were not informed about until a neighbour informed us as we moved in, this should be disclosed during the viewing stage. Otherwise the process of renting was smooth and the agents were knowledgable and helpful and swift to solve any issues that arose.

Selected the Bishop’s Stortford office to sell our house and what a great job they did. Valuation a little higher than another agency but they marketed and sold at that value (thanks Will Jobber). Then the move process was difficult at both ends of the chain, but our ‘progressor’ pushed them all and kept it together. Probably kept us sane too (thanks Doug Whybrow)! We are moving :-)

Since the start of 2023 we have been searching for a suitable rental home. We had a number of asks, not all of them easy, especially at a time when the rental market is highly competitive! I called Intercounty at the end of January to register our details and lucky for me it was Harry who answered my call. Right from the beginning Harry has been professional, informative, and experienced. Following many calls since Harry has continued to exceed our expectations. He has always been reliable, accessible, knowledgable, considerate and patient. And every time he said he would call me back, he did! How rare is that these days! Even though we ended up renting a home via an alternate agency, anyone who is either thinking of letting their home or renting a home connect with Harry.
