GoogleRita and Nick at Fordyce Furnivall are the most human real estate agents we've ever encountered. Considerate, kind and efficient they found us a property that would work for our family and we're grateful to them for making us feel welcome in the new house. Even though employed by the landlords they make sure you're not treated in a "tenant-like manner" - if you've ever rented in London you'll know what I mean.

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fordyce Furnivall. Nick, Rita and the whole team provide a personal, friendly and highly efficient service. My partner and I rented a flat from them for three years and they were brilliant landlords; any time there was a problem with the property, we received a very prompt reply and the issue was dealt with quickly, using reliable and high-quality tradespeople. After three years of renting, Fordyce Furnivall helped us to find a property to purchase as first-time buyers. We were really pleased to be able to purchase a property through them, as we already knew them to be a straightforward, trustworthy and efficient company. Any time there was a delay or an issue with the purchase, Fordyce Furnivall were more than happy to chase up the relevant parties (indeed, they often did so proactively, without us even having to ask). Throughout the process, they did everything they could to keep things moving. Fordyce Furnivall are head and shoulders above the other estate agents that we have dealt with. Not once in the four years we worked with them did we feel fobbed off or let down in any way. They are an exceptional company - one where you can feel secure in the knowledge that you can pick up the phone and always get the help or answers that you need. We have no qualms at all about giving them a five-star rating.

GoogleAs an executor I had a property to sell in Bishop's Stortford with the professional and friendly help of Fordyce Furnivall and his team. Their advice at all times was sound and based upon years of experience. As I was not living at the property they were always very helpful with regards to checking the security of the house and/or dealing with any other issues that required someone to be at the house. And, they were also the most reasonably priced Estate Agent out of the 6 we invited to discuss the future sale of the property. All in all, I was very pleased we chose them. Linda

GoogleVery good and quick at responding to any issues we had with the property we rented. From looking at the house to leaving 3 years later we had no issues and all repairs need was hassle free and completed quickly. When we purchased our house rita was very helpful in finding a new tenant straight away meaning we could depart the property earlier than our contract stated we needed to saving us half a months rent. The checkout process was very easy. I would highly recommend fordyce to anyone.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of renting through Fordyce Furnivall for a year, from start all the way through our rental, they were amazing, helpful, professional, and the best estate agent we've ever used (we've had experiences with many others), none as good as FF. We only moved because the landlord was selling the property, we wish we could've stayed with them, unfortunately the rental market went crazy when we had to move, FF tried their hardest to find another property for us, due to timing we had to go with another property, before they were able to find one for us. We would highly recommend these to anyone. We thank them all for everything, and wish them continued success. Sadie and Martin

GoogleWe have been tenants of Fordyce-Furnivall for many years, and over time Rita, Nick and Paula have become our friends, as well as our agents. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and there’s always a smiling face in the office or a kind voice on the phone. Lovely people, and if you’re looking for property to buy or to rent, then we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. First class. 👍 Mark & Marta Haggerty Bishops Stortford

GoogleWe were recommended Fordyce Furnivall by friends who had a successful sale through them. We went to them to sell a property in Romford having had local estate agents around. Nick attended the property and gave a realistic asking price (£1M +). This price was achieved within two months. We were fully supported by Sam, who saw us through a particularly difficult period, he always kept us updated and if he didn't know the answers to our questions he found them out. And he always returned our calls. An excellent service, assisted in reducing our stress and for excellent value.

GoogleThe best agency in Bishop's Stortford and in the UK. Very professional and very friendly. As a foreigner, I always had bad experiences with letting agencies until I rent with Fordyce Furnivall. I was a serious tenant and they were always friendly, respectful and very professional. I had a very pleasant experience of renting with them during five years. I definitely recommend this agency.
