I have had the pleasure of renting (and now selling) a property via Fordyce Furnivall. Nick, Rita and the team have been excellent. On the rental - managing of the property, finding appropriate tenants and having the right people to fix things as and when needed meant i could leave the property in their hands worry free. On the sale process - not your typical estate agent in being pushy or trying to get a deal done.. they wanted to get the 'right' deal done. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you again.

When we turned up to collect the keys, Rita had organised a freshen up of our garden (jet-washing, painting and seeding for grass growth) and even asked a handyman to create a step from the decking for our 1 year old daughter! Nick was open and honest from the beginning - giving us realistic timeframes on selling and whether we'd meet the stamp duty deadline. As luck was not on our side, issues up the chain meant that the sale rumbled on for about 10 months. The team were helpful thorughout, fielding a lot of questions from our buyer, and only passing on those that were necessary. I don't plan on selling anytime soon, but if I do, it will be with Fordyce Furnivall.

Excellent service from a family run business. We used them for our sale because we found them very helpful during a previous purchase. Nick is a modest and humble man so you won't get any of the flashy/arrogant sales pitches from him but rest assured, he and his team are great at their jobs. Fordyce Furnivall have recently sold our house. It's a difficult market but Nick found a buyer despite there being quite a long chain. There were lots of ups and downs, twists and turns along the way to completion and Nick was there all the way providing information and support. He was everything an Agent should be but rarely is. I'd say the service provided was exceptional. AND at a fraction of the price of the competition which in our case would have been £8650 + vat = £10,000+. Fordyce Furnivall fixed fee = £1500 + vat = £1,800!!! and no hidden extras for photos etc. I heartily recommend this truly exceptional Agent.

OUTSTANDING! Can I award 10 stars out of 5?? The first thing that impressed me with Nick was his friendly, no-nonsense professionalism. He was realistic with his valuation, gave sound advice and had good recommendations for other professionals that could help with house clearance, cleaning, etc. Nick and his team were efficient and kept me constantly updated with viewing appointments and then progress of the sale. They made selling my late parents home as painless as possible. Their fees are incredibly reasonable and compared with some other local agents, do twice as much leg-work (and brain-work!) for a fraction of the cost. All-in-all, the best I have found. Thank you Nick, my Wife and I would definitely use Fordyce Furnivall again without a second thought.
