FacebookI cannot recommend Ryan James estate agents highly enough. From the first visit to my dad's house, Ryan's cheerful optimism that it would definitely sell was very reassuring. The circumstances for the sale were quite emotionally difficult but Ryan and the team handled everything with care and sensitivity and Ellie in particular kept me regularly updated on the sales progression. The property sold within 24 hours of going on the market thanks to the professional and equally personal approach from Ryan and the team. Excellent service from start to finish!

GoogleAbsolutely superb service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ryan James Estate Agents. From the outset Ryan was extremely professional, helpful and ensured nothing was an issue. The exceptional marketing, images and pricing of our home, helped for a quick sale and over the asking price! I have no doubt this was down to the industry expertise Ryan and his team have. We were inundated with viewings and the offer of Ryan to show potential buyers around for us (we declined this offer as he had done so much already - however it is a great option to have should you want it as a seller). The customer care throughout the whole sale process from beginning to end was exceptional and a special shout out for Ellie who’s energy and passion for her role is second to none! GoogleI cannot recommend Ryan James Estate Agents enough. From the start Ryan was very honest and realistic about what was achievable when selling my home. Ryan and Lexi worked extremely hard to get my sale through in 8 weeks, there was a substantial amount of pressure from my buyer to move quickly and Ryan and Lexi handled it all with professionalism keeping me informed and going above and beyond to ensure my sale was successful. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and determination. They were always a phone call away and often out of hours there to answer any questions and get things over the line. I have never known an estate agent go the extra mile like these guys did. Thank you so much to all of you at Ryan James #1 Estate agents around 🌟🌟🌟

GoogleI would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking to sell their house. From the first meeting we had we could tell he had our best interests at heart and worked quickly to get our house on the market. He asked about what we were looking for in our new house and had lots of suggestions, one of which we now own! Throughout the process, which had numerous difficulties, Lexi looked after us by keeping us informed and chased queries up for us. GoogleUseless. Booked to view a house ,he cancelled 5 minutes before then messed us around .booked a second viewing, never showed up and it was sold in the meantime and never rang to tell us. 100% don't use ,they will waste your time.
Hi Katie, First and foremost, I’m sorry you feel messed around, however appointments can run over and unforeseen circumstances can happen day to day in most walks of life, this being why your appointment was re arranged for later in the day. However, a second viewing was never arranged. It was discussed, but not confirmed as your partner was informed that there was an offer on the property and that we would notify you if the situation was to change. I would be interested to know when you believed the second viewing was arranged for, and would like to discuss this further with you or your partner. I’m available 7 days a week up until 8pm for a chat!

FacebookSorry but I'm so disappointed in your service :-( I have rang to view two properties over a space of a few weeks, one twice and never got a call to view. Also trying to get someone to ring me back to discuss an offer was a joke. I would not recommend you to anyone. Very, very poor service. ☹️
