GoogleI used Barkers to sell my property earlier this year, they advised me well, kept me updated along the way, and had many viewings which resulted in finding a buyer within 2 wks. (I wish i'd used them earlier) The way they handled the situation made me think i should have instructed them as my letting agent prior to selling the property, they have a fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleShocking customer service - agent needs some serious customer service skills and telephone manner training - it’s not ok talk to potential customer & buyers by raising voices and being condescending

GoogleWe have recently been involved with Nicola from this branch. As first time buyers we could not have asked for anybody better to deal with our purchase. She has chased our solicitors every week and provided us with an update no matter how small. I could not have asked for better support throughout our time of buying our first property. So so thankful!! Brilliant job!

GoogleFantastic estate agents. Listened to my suggestions regarding the marketing of our house and communication was great. If we were ever to move again, we wouldn't hesitate using Cathy and the team at Barkers.

GoogleBarkers is small enough to care and provide an excellent and tailored Lettings service for landlords, but large enough for efficiency, flexibility and value for money. I've been impressed with the staff at the Birstall office who provide expert advice and know their market well and excellent service to outweigh by own inefficiencies. Well done everyone.

GoogleWhen it came to buying my property, i was a complete novice. Not a clue as to what i was doing. However, Nicola at the Birstall branch was an absolute star! Right from the beginning she helped me through arranging everything and also kept me up to date with every little thing that was going on. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is an amazing asset to this company and would highly recommend her!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
