GoogleWe are renting a property via Barkers and have completed the process with the help of Lauren from the Birstall office. She helped us through the process and the paperwork and is always on hand when we need to do anything. We can recommend the company and are very grateful for Lauren's help.

To clarify, our contract and terms of agreement are in line with the Property Ombudsman's code of practise for estate agents. Our understanding is that the purchaser of your property was in fact introduced by ourselves whilst also under contract with ourselves and therefore our fees are due for payment under the terms and conditions.
