GoogleSuperb service, I haven't had any problems. If I've needed repairs, they were responded to very quickly. Office staff were very helping and friendly. I would recommend Unihousing to any students at UoB.

FacebookRent cost is good compared to most of the other student agents in Selly Oak. But mostly I would recommend Unihousing because they are friendly and always helpful. The smallest of problems are fixed immediately and they're extremely accommodating should you need anything. Of my four years living in Selly Oak they definitely provided the best service of the three agents I'd been with.
