Nelly I imagine you must be very frustrated to feel the need to leave this 1 star rating. I’m guessing it appears we haven’t responded to your enquiry. Please know that we have been trying to contact you, multiple times, unfortunately the contact details provided for you do not appear to work. Maybe our messages have been going in your junk folder? Please be assured we haven’t been ignoring you. We are very keen to set up a viewing for the accommodation you are interested in and answer any questions you have. Please could you contact us again and provide the correct contact details or check your email junk folders for our messages? I hope that once we have been able to speak with you, you will be very happy and will change your rating of Unihousing to 5 stars.

We don’t appear to have any record of you having ever been a tenant of ours, or of you having contacted us to enquire about our student accommodation. Could it be the review was intended for Unihomes? Sometimes we receive feedback intended for their business. If this review is intended for Unihousing please could you contact me directly. If you have already tried to contact us, I sincerely apologise that we have no record of your enquiry. I’m very sorry to see that whatever has happened has made you feel so frustrated and angry that you have left a 1-star review. I really want to see if there is anything I can do to change your view of our service. We have so many 5 star reviews, that we would be shocked and saddened to receive this poor rating.
