DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Please please please listen to the reviews are they are soooo accurate. They demand you pay the deposit knowing the property is nowhere near ready. 6 Months later they pull out. No warning, no advice, nothing. Communication is dead as soon as you pay your fees. Don't expect anything from them unless you chase. The only positive it that the refund was done immediately however I wouldn't put it past them if they don't return your fees. Shahid, the owner is nothing but rude and hides behind messages. A real coward

The worst agency ever

The worst agency ever. Horrible service. Once they sign you up, they just disappear. They have been avoiding calls, messages, emails for 2 months now. They have advertised my property incorrectly, it’s a freehold building, but they put it under flats, so it doesn’t even show in searches. I have been trying to contact them for two months and they don’t even answer anything. The worst experience ever.

I would give 0 stars. They ask for their fees upfront even before a survey or valuation and if you ask questions about the property they become rude. seems like a scam. Owner and agent are in this together. I would think their main business is keeping the fees they charge without selling any property. Stay Away. UPDATE. they have now left a stupid message on my business profile about my relationship. looks like the truth hurts.
