GoogleI had bought a care home through auction which was let through Spectra. I found the agents very professional in advertising, negotiating, leasing and prompt in paying rent into the account. I could not have struck such a deal with out their expertise. I found them very easy to approach and kept me updated through out the process. I genuinely felt as if my interests were personal interest of the agents. Above all qualities, the one I commend the most is the honesty and openness of Mr Singh, never through the whole time did I ever doubt his sincerity with me and my interests. This quality was a key in striking the deal and both parties had complete faith and trust in his recommendations, which led to an excellent result. Will definitely recommend this agent, in this complex property market.
