Googlethe gods honest truth is that smartmove have helped me in every way possible to move and settle in even moving me from property to property and going out there way to make sure i have food and everything i needed for my stay in their property.. any issues there sorted straight away i could not ask for more seriously ..thats the truth..PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were getting evicted our old landlord and we went straight towards to Smartmove and they help us both straight away and now we had lovely support worker helping us and we will never forget about this we are happy now in a one bedroom apartments so happy

GoogleThis is smart move supported housing. They deleted their website due to the governments investigation of organised crime being involved in supported housing "schemes". They move in junkies on you. Its hell.

GoogleVery quick at getting a roof over your head, but be mindful of some properties. Customers ruin the houses like animals. Property I'm currently in is acceptable, room is clean just needs a little maintenance on appliances and general maintenance on property but overall happy with what I was offered.

Googlesmartmove paid for a taxi for me to come over put me in the perfect house. gave me cleaning products and equipment . set me up with a foodbank because i had nothing when i arrived. i could wish for better treatment by the staff and the housing . they are very helpful.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe service they provide is invaluable, helping people out of potential homelessness. I've seen first hand that the rooms they provide, and the areas they provide these rooms, are not great but it's better than sleeping rough. They are not the only people doing this in Birmingham, so shop around.

GoogleThe left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, we've made complaint after complaint about issues with the house (I.e. Mouse infestation, mouldy walls/ceiling, leaky floors etc) for over 6 months and nothing has been done, but yet they expect service charge for living in a barely livable house

GoogleProbly one of the very few companies to now not offer Wi-Fi...and once your in...they don't really bother with you 60% the house I don't even think they know the condition... or the staff are just totally not bothered ...

GoogleAny issues raised have always been addressed even if it has taken some time to get the problem resolved, support workers have always been nice to me and my family and out of hours emergencies are dealt with pretty quickly
