Do not use these estate agents, have no idea what they are doing, poor quality photos, descriptions, and plans. Our property as on an off the website all the time false promises with valuations, open days and viewings which has now caused us to lose our new home purchase.

However, Shipways Harbourne I’m pleased to say we’re totally the right choice and made it so easy from viewings to mortgage advice... it was a smooth and enjoyable process!! Tenants wrecked an immaculate house. Inventory £190 for check-in and check-out so I thought Shitways should know. They couldn't care a F.... Had to chase and chase to get the check-out report. Deposit, I need to get the tenants agreement or go to court. Read clause 1.9.

GoogleFake appointments I do not know why they give you appointments and never truned up! I just keep waiting front the house for long time. They aplogized and gave me another fake appointment and no one turened up again! Very unprofessional. I found later that tge house let agreed !
