Exemplary, professional service. I recently contacted the lettings department regarding water ingress to my property due to the upstairs tenant. Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could. I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare. i rented a property through Scrivens for 12 months, and they were brilliant from start to finish. Emmie-Jai conducted the viewing and assisted us with the end of our tenancy. She was always extremely welcoming and helpful. Whenever I reported a maintenance issue such as a broken dishwasher the team replied within 48 hours and sent a reliable tradesperson quickly. I've rented a one bedroom flat at Chartwell Grange from Scriven & Co. from March 2019 to end of June 2025 and I have been immensely grateful for their service from start to finish. The whole Scriven team from landlords, Jon Dunbar, Katie Johnson who in fact Katie was the very person who showed me and let me into the Chartwell Grange bedroom flat I have occupied, welcomed me in and made me felt at home in as much that, whenever referring to such flat 9 Chartwell Grange I used to talk about it as it was my second home and have actually treated it as one and, -that all stems out of the way I felt welcomed, supported and kindly treated by everyone at Scriven & Co. and will ever be grateful to all of you at Scriven & Co. in view of that, whenever I needed help with anything pertaining to lettings Scriven employees have been there for me and would sort out any problem that fall within their scope with great care, and I have not a single bad word I could say about any of the Scriven & Co. team, as, even the reason for me to have moved out after 6yrs 3months of rented Scriven flat - has been due to my retirement to abroad, either than that I would still be with Scriven & Co. It gives me pleasure to mention that, I'm immensely grateful more and more to Katie Johnson as one of the Scriven great team who has been awesome from the day she let me into Chartwell Grange flat up to arranging for a swift return of my full deposit just after a week of had vacated the one bedroom Chartwell Grange flat I've been renting to Scriven & Co. which has been motivated by the good standard Katie Johnson confirmed and showered me with amazing compliments on the good state I've left the flat at, and for my great experience I recommend anyone looking to rent to contact Scriven & Co. and just look after their property as you would do to your own, you will not regret. The lettings process through Scrivens & Co Quinton has been seamless from start to finish, and it has been made especially straightforward thanks to Emmie-Jai and Charlotte. Their communication is always clear, prompt, and friendly, which has made a real difference. We have viewed two properties with the agency, and on both occasions we were put at ease from the outset and made to feel completely comfortable. A particularly helpful touch is the property printout provided during viewings, something we haven’t experienced with other agencies so far. I've known George longer than I care to admit, but never used him as my Estate Agent, due to not wanting to mix work and pleasure. However, having had some truly shocking experiences with other estate agents and not really knowing where to turn, George offered his assistance. And I am so glad he did. It was to sell my late mothers bungalow, so I was in a pretty rough place and to have a friendly face guide me through the sale, was everything. Ella was my main point of contact and at times, due to a challenging sales chain, there were days when I spoke to her, more than I'd speak to my wife! Between the two of them, they kept me in order, kept the chain moving and I honestly don't think I could have coped without them. Whether they like it or not, they have a client in me, for life. Very happy with experience with Scrivens selling our house. Assessment of the property by George was realistic and quickly resulted in multiple offers. The team, primarily Gena but also Alison effectively managed the negotiations and the progressing of surveys including ensuring we were happy with dates of visits. While the conveyancing was quite extended contact was maintained by Scrivens throughout with communication accelerating as we got to the last stages. We were not living at the property during the sale process so the steady communication was particularly helpful/reassuring.
