The team are always pleasant and knowledgeable, whether it be in relation to purchases, sales, renovations or rental. In relation to rental, they are able to get the right calibre of tenant into the property using their expertise and contacts, something I really appreciate

Great at contacting you when it suits them - when you want to rent a property, when they want your deposit, when they want to show new tenants around the property you are still living in. No contact at all when you have left the property and want your deposit back despite admitting that the property has been checked and is in perfect condition. One month after leaving the property and still not returned the deposit. Would not recommend at all.

Such a fake behaviour. They just care about landlord's and careless when it comes to tenants! They delayed the return of my deposit by months and at the end they deducted almost 60% of the whole deposit and returned around 40% only. Then I decided to dispute and the deposit insurer decided to cancel most of the claims from Landlord and refunded me the rest. I don't recommend this agency at all. The worst experience I have ever had for renting a place.

Made an appointment for a view days ago. When I went there, the agent could not open the door due to the wrong key they brought. Although they rearranged another view next day. The other tenant took the property making me loss another day time... Making me doubt that did not care about my business at the beginning. Not recommend
