So good! These guys are real deal! We recently sold our house and bought a house with Rice and they were fantastic: professional, thorough, helpful, honest, friendly, realistic....cannot rate them highly enough! They were not even acting for us and they were so helpful even on the day of our move they went way above and beyond what was theirs to do! Would recommend them to anyone and if we sold again we would go straight to Rice Chamberlain no questions asked

Rice Chamberlains (James Llewellyn) are truly brilliant. After over a year in the market with 2 other agents, James from RC took over the sale of my property in July this year. He told me I know a buyer who will buy your property and within a week we got the house sold!! First buyer to view it. James knows his clients (both sellers and buyers); he’d text you outside the working hours (including weekends!!) if he has news. He kept the pressure on the solicitors to move things fast, knowing that we were at the bottom of the chain. Dear James, You’ve been brilliant. from the very first call to the Bournville office to collecting the keys upon completion yesterday Mr Steve Watson, James and the rest of the staff could not have been more professional, flexible, and helpful throughout our purchase. We required several escorted visits for tradesmen to make assessments, kitchen designs, quotations and with us to consider what alterations we needed prior to moving in. All of these were across the last couple of months enduring standing around in an unheated empty house for some time on each visit and helping with clarification where they could. From credible advice on pricing and marketing, to the care the agents took in tidying up before and after showing people around, to keeping me in the loop on re-visits and offers. When things got a little complicated, I was able to call on their network of surveyors and specialists to get work done quickly.
