Looking at our tenant database, you viewed some properties with us in 2013, but have never been a tenant with us. I have also checked our client database, but can't see you listed as a landlord. GoogleFor all the years I have known these guys, they have always been a genuine organization, yes they make mistakes, yes maybe sometimes there are flaws in the ways they work, but everyone does. But over the years, they never stopped looking ways to improve, to change, to make things easier for people and that is admirable.
