Instagram is now inherently prejudiced

Instagram is inherently classist and prejudiced now that you can only use it on a smartphone. Many people can't afford fancy technology and rely on public computers. The poor, the disenfranchised, the rural and inner city people are being deprived and systematically snuffed out of options on social media given only to the privileged. Thank you instagram for perpetuating the cycle of systemic injustice for the less advantaged and widening the gap between economic classes.

Someone hacked my business account and I tried to report to them, but they didn't respond, I have been working with the account for long but on 20th Jan 2022 it was snatched from me. Instagram has weakest cyber security in the world.It's unbelievable you can't run your own business on Instagram knowing one day it will be taken from you.

First time I’ve had a negative experience with Instagram and am fuming, actually debating if to delete it completely. It’s rife with sexism, racism and homophobia. I respond to a homophobic comment and it gets removed as bullying. But their comment doesn’t get removed? And you let all the other blatant illegal discrimination to continue on the platform. You need to start monitoring your administrators who are clearly showing bias. I’m contacting my local MP to have this raised in the Uk parliament. If Instagram wants access to the Uk market then it should abide by UK laws which includes not allowing those kind of comments on the platform. Extremely disappointing. Implement a process where when a review is requested it goes through at a different time and assigned to an alternative agent so the same agent with bias views is not reviewing the same comment or report. Look at your trust pilot reviews.

Meta have the worst support in the world, your account is since protected even if you secure it with your phone number or your email. Accounts getting hacked all the time and there is no way to contact meta they have this insane lube of websites that they take you to that are useless and there's no way to contact them directly they keep circling you around and around for hours without you finding any useful website to contact them from genius really I hope so you burn. I can hope one thing for you to shut down. I lose everything piece of garbage.

I was a customer for JOMASHOP FOR A LONG TIME!.. their prices are amazing and easy to stroll around their website BUT? Their customer service suck! I have been waiting for 1 order that stated will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, it’s been over 3 weeks now and I tried to get in touch with them to cancel, they refused to cancel my order saying it was getting shipped within 1-2 days! Well I’m still waiting and there’s been no activity still!! They are ignoring my emails too! So they are going to loose me and I spend over a grand on them! I don’t recommend JOMASHOP. Very frustrated

Overall a poor experience for those who need help

I have two IG accounts share an email that I used to be able to switch between in app yet now one of them doesn't show up, and regardless of what password I use, it logs me into the same account. I can't even attempt to log into the other since it shares the same email and apparently IG doesn't have any live customer support or any way to get in touch with a human. Furthermore, the site and app have bugs that make it frustrating to use. Ultimately it makes me not want to use IG period. It's clear they don't really care about its users.

Broken spam filters make IG impossible to use as a business or even socially.

My username is molotov.milkshake.diy - I've had 19 strikes against my account for 'spam' despite every single one of those comments being entirely legitimate and not violating any rules. The AI moderation/spam filters on IG are completely out of control and beyond broken. I am a paying customer and even when 'verified' their customer service is shockingly poor. They just talk in circles and never actually resolve any issues. I have spoken to several people via web chats and emails at Meta, and they were utterly incapable of understanding my issue about the overzealous, heavy-handed, broken spam filters. All I got was: constantly and repeatedly being asked for screenshots (despite providing them repeatedly already) and asked if I've submitted appeals (despite me specifically explaining that the app does not allow appeals against spam strikes anymore). Eventually at one point, they say someone in another team has confirmed that my posts were incorrectly removed. Yet they remain removed and the strikes are still on my account.Until they fix this problem, IG is unreliable to use for businesses, as you can basically be just taken down for doing nothing wrong (not even promoting anything), and terrible for social interaction because one trigger for the spam filter is posting too many comments (about 5 in one day from what I can tell, which is absurd).So anyone out there hoping 'verified' will solve your problems on IG: think again!I am running a business here, and am a paying customer of IG, yet they do not seem to respect me as one. If you plan on running a business and using IG, I strongly advise that you only comment on your own posts.

Ding Ding Ding online casino has become an irritating rip off. The new feature of having the Contact Us pop up is just a way for them to interrupt the collection of your daily bonus! I have redeemed with them twice before. The first time I did it took an eternity. I wrote a review and next thing I know I'm getting a call with them saying Hey, if u take down your bad review I've been authorized to expedite your redemption process. After 3 weeks of them telling me that no they couldn't possibly go any quicker all of a sudden they're wanting to barter I wasn't aware they could legally do that. Since then it has been a constant pain the interface sucks the customer service sucks not that they answer you back anymore anyway so dude yourself a favor and stay away from this casino

Instagram does not support you if you are hacked

My account is hacked and we've been trying to recover it for a few days. We use the page that Instagram has in their security support center and when using any of the options (for example, we chose "My account was hacked" on that page.We input his username on the following page and hit submit only to be taken back to the main Instagram Support Page. This is a running loop that we're stuck in mo matter what we use. We've done this on both mobile and desktop devices and have found no solution.

Permanently Delected Account Logged Into?

I permanently deleted my Instagram more than 5 years ago and now i'm getting messages from Instagram that someone has logged into my account. Does Instagram not delete accounts as they promise to do. On top of this, to even get a resolution, all of the solutions are to log into your Insta and select support. How can i do that if I dont have an account, you fricking morons? Instagram fails on that they don't offer support for times like this and also, how is it so hackable? Do better, Meta Mark!

Try again I change password but can't have it set as the current password but it's wrong remember .... It keeps logging me out and not giving me access I'm friken done with Instagram now.... DONE!!!! YOU GUYS JUST DONT CARE. I need someone to fix my account and look into it like what the actual f is going on.....
