GoogleAfter trying many estate agents. I recently joined profectus and I can honestly say they are very professional and are at hand if one has any inquiries full information is given and they always get back to you if they are not able to get to you straight away.

GoogleAfter a few teething problems with our rental Abdul has impressed us with the way that he has managed our tenancy and managed the relationship between landlord and tenant. Any issues that do come up are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would use the estate agents again in the future!

Dear Yasmin, I'm afraid your '100% unequivocal proof' is actually flawed and would suggest you get your facts straight before making such sweeping and serious allegations against my company. Firstly, let me point out that we let hundreds of properties each year. As a fabulous multicultural city, Birmingham attracts people from all over the globe. We have tenants from dozens of different countries, all with wonderfully sounding names from Johnny to Darnish to Andes to Ariana to Berty to Yhoshi to Alison to Nicky. Any suggestion that we favour people from any particular background is categorically untrue. I actually try to respond to all reviews, both positive and negative - , I am sorry that we appear to have upset you, but I think perhaps you need to get your own house in order and brush up on your fairly mediocre detective skills before making such nasty accusations of deep-rooted racism within our company which again are totally and utterly untrue.
