Have worked with Profectus for many years now. They are always very professional, helpful and responsive which is greatly appreciated. It's been great to work with Akbar in particular, although the same can be said for the team in general. When you work with Profectus, you just know that you'll be in very safe hands. Thank you so much for everything so far, I look forward to working with you further!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

You are brilliant at what you do. Our agent was brilliant. He was straight talking, honest, and very informative: opening up on ideas for options, and their implications. He put put us first and always in our interest. We went live on a Monday night and sold by Wednesday afternoon, getting the offer of +15k more than what we wanted. Simply amazing! A magnificent service throughout the STC process, supporting and working in the background to facilitate the completion. House sold and we got what we wanted plus more money in the bank. What more could you ask for? My wife and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you again Profectus!

Have had a property on rent for a while now and have had constant trouble with tenants. Was advised to try a letting agents and I was glad I did. Have been with Profectus for a while now and I am very impressed with they way they work. They are very professional and know their stuff. My rent is now always on time, they arranged an electrician who was great and the tenants seem happy. Well worth the fee - which is not as bad as I thought.

Profectus Estates are a very trustworthy and reliable company, we recently rented a property through profectus and they have made our whole moving process smooth and stress free, and to top it off we paid £160.00 more then what was requested in cash and was instantly told that we have paid to much and here is your money back. Billy / Akbar - Great Job guys keep up the good work.

Unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this estate agent. I took my business elsewhere because they were hard work. Lack of communication, dishonest, don't care attitude if that's what you want then Profectus is right for you. I am really happy with my new estate agent. If I could I would give this estate agent 0 rating.
