She remembered the smaller details about us and our enquiry and guided us through the process and made everything easy, we understood every step and knew what to expect next and what was/is expected of us as tenants.
Profectus are extremely professional and caring and we feel that we matter as tenants which is rare these days.
Also worth mentioning are Andy and Daniel, both polite, friendly and super helpful members of the Profectus team who are always a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAs the new 2026 starts, I am in a far better place knowing that Profectus are looking after my rented property. In December 2024 I was having major issues with a lease renewal with a tenant I had inherited due to a family bereavement. From day one, Profectus talked me through the options clearly and professionally and, as was their word, within a few weeks the tenant signed the new lease and started paying a proper market value rent. All my stress and worries have been lifted, and I can highly recommend Profectus for their promises that were fulfilled without question.

There was an issue with the oven and the boiler wasn't working, within 2 days the oven was fixed and within the week a new boiler has been fitted. Compared to my old estate agents who did nothing about any issues I'm really impressed so far. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review, knowing I will never have to deal with premier student homes again. I was a tenant with PSH from July 2023/2024, and can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord. From rats and black mould to electric shocks from the appliances, we have had countless issues throughout our tenancy, many of which are extreme health and safety issues.

GoogleLast week I found a beautiful apartment in Moseley which I fell in love with. I put a deposit down pretty much straight away as it was too good to let go.
The guys in the office were fantastic! They sorted everything out very promptly and were very kind and helpful! Can't fault them at all.
Unfortunately today, I had the painful task of having to turn it down. For my own reasons, I have decided instead to get onto the property ladder instead of rent, as much as it saddened me to let that stunning apartment go. Such a bargain!
The guys were very understanding and have been extremely fair in refunding 3/4's of my deposit for which I am super grateful!
I have to say, I have dealt with a lot of estate agencies in the past who don't have any level of professionalism and who aren't friendly. Would definitely recommend Profectus Estates to anyone! Such a great service. Thank you guys!
