Renting my first house was a very big deal to me my friend told me about premier estate agents and that he had used them in the past and how professional they were and suggested me to pop in there shop and speak to them . I managed to go and visit the shop and was lucky enough to speak to the manager who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained to me how renting a house works , he made me feel very comfortable and I left the shop not only knowing more about renting but knowing I would definitely be using premier estate agents . 6 months down the line and I’m so happy I rented through premier estate agents I only wished I moved out of my parents earlier !PositiveQuality, Professionalism

The most unprofessional agency. I do not recommend. After 8 months, I managed to leave the house. Cold dampness no support from them. Only money interests them, does not offer conditions. I do not recommend.....NegativeProfessionalism

The lady who picked my call was so unhelpful and very abrupt . Wasn't even willing to help and told me to go online. I have dealt with agents who go the extra mile but didn't get that today.

The agents were helpful and considerate of my needs. Since it’s my first time renting in Birmingham, I had a lot of queries but the staff was patient with me throughout and offered me great options that fit my requirements to choose from. Highly recommend
