From start to finish the whole process was so smooth Alex was our valuer she explained the process in detail from valuing our house to booking the photographers and telling us when our house would go on the market and timelines she was excellent. Then the photographers a great couple of gents very professional,the videos and photos we're amazing. Then came viewings Tate who showed potential buyers round great bubbly chap our house sold the next day. Then came Sue the sales progressor she handled the sale always took our calls, always had time for us and kept us informed of the progress of our sale absolutely fantastic a lovely bubbly personality who was very approachable at all times we would recommended Oakmans these are the team to go with. Very professional No 1 in the market in my opinion.

I had Lilli out today to do the photography on my house ready for selling, she was punctual and very professional, explaining how she will be taking the photos and reasons why they take them that way. The photos look fantastic! I’ve used other estate agents in the past and Oakmans is a step above the rest!

GoogleVery bad and unprofessional agent, I have never been so disappointed with real estate agents. Especially Conor Coton, he is the most dishonest and shameless person I have ever met. I booked a house, I was very happy with it, I wanted to rent it from September, but I was forced to start from July. Just when I was about to move in, Conor Coton told me in August that the house was being renovated, so I couldn't move in. I received pictures of the house inside, I can be sure that the house does not need any renovation. He almost commanded me to give me a new address, which is remote and rundown. I wanted a refund, but was told that the two months' rent could not be refunded, even though I did not move in, the house was being renovated. I suggest you avoid this shameless person, but be careful, even if he is not the one who receives you, he may be the one who scams you. They almost ignored the contract.

If I could give Oakmans a 0 I would. They have completely ignored me and my friends when we state our issues with the house. When we all came in summer we appealed issues to Oakmans and they have still not helped us and last week they said they would be sending someone on Tuesday, today is Tuesday and no one has turned up. We have no TV cracks in the wall, mould in the showers and many other issues. This is totally unacceptable and we pay far too much for these issues. I wouldn’t recommend Oakmans at all.

GoogleMy family and I were given a house tour by the wonderful 'Brad'. Brad was a true gentleman. He listened to my needs and questions intently. He also took great effort in providing me with solid answers about the property. Brad was able to support my elderly mother with her requests for further information. Nothing was too much for Brad. He made the whole experience a very positive and happy house viewing. Furthermore, despite his fear of spiders on my request Brad even ventured up into the loft space!! Brad displayed outstanding customer service - my mother, daughter and I agree Brad's apprach was one of the significant factors that led us to go on and place an offer on this property. Thanks Brad - you are an asset to Oakmans.
