The circumstances of our chain meant that the purchase was a little more complex than normal and we really felt that MD went the extra mile to ensure we were both kept in the loop and that the purchase went through in time. GoogleI had to firmly ask the representative to leave my home. Intimidating, rude, arrogant, actually argued on me I mean argued not discussed,, asked me questions not relevant to house value, forcibly as though I were being interrogated by a police officer, ripped my house apart verbally which has recently been refurbished and all works inspected by a QUALIFIED Surveyor and Building Control Inspector. Came with distinct attitude of wanting to devalue my property. It was so intimidating I wondered if I may have to call police. I lost the plot and firmly told her to leave my property NOW..she was still giving it large on her way out of the door. Luckily recorded it on my phone and CCTV. A very unpleasant experience for a woman living alone...I feel they knew I wanted to sell, thought I was desperate and attempted to take advantage of that.

Pat, Jo and Larissa worked tirelessly to push the sale through in what were very difficult circumstances due to Covid related stuff and less than, shall I say, forthcoming solicitors further down the chain. Moving house is indeed a very stressful undertaking but the staff made it bearable. I salute them wholeheartedly.
