GoogleWe appointed Andy McHugo to sell our property after experiencing a viewing he conducted on a property he was selling. He came across as knowledgeable, professional and confident. Exactly the kind of agent we were looking for when the time came to sell our property. He was totally invested in obtaining a sale, from the initial valuation, to marketing, arranging viewings and ultimately securing a sale. The property sold on the first viewing day but unfortunately fell through about a month later. Within hours, Andy had secured an alternative sale which proceeded through to completion. The difference between Andy and the others is his proactive and professional approach and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

GoogleWe bought our beautiful new home through Andy and his approach was significantly different from all the other Agents we had dealt with through four previous failed purchase attempts. We found him to be approachable, personable and very knowledgeable and he really took time to listen when we explained our reasons for wanting to purchase this house and how the previous purchases had all fallen through. We know that he was instrumental in moving the chain along and was always very quick to respond on queries, much quicker than the Solicitors! We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to others and when its time to sell up in the future, we will be giving Andy a call.
