We used Andy to sell our house after being impressed when he showed us round a house we were interested in (but didn’t end up going for). We trusted that Andy would do a great job, and he didn’t let us down. Our experience is that a lot of estate agents will use quite junior staff to do viewings who ultimately aren’t invested in the process & often aren’t able to show a property to its full potential or answer questions about the house. Andy did a great job in terms of viewings and getting us an offer we were happy to accept. He gave great advice throughout the process but I think he really showed how good he is once everything had agreed and the solicitors needed chasing (a fair bit!). Andy was always available to answer questions or provide advice - and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend McHugo Homes if you are looking to sell your house - it’s a stressful thing to do & it’s important you choose an agent who will alleviate and not add to that stress!

It had been over 20 years since I last moved home so I consider myself very lucky to have worked with Andy on the sale and purchase of my new home. Always professional and personable, Andy is able to deal with whatever is thrown his way during the process, to act in the best interest of his client. Andy has sold both my house and more recently my parents house. He managed to get over asking price for the sale of our house in B32 and has managed to get asking price for my parents in B17. In both sales Andy worked with us as a family understanding our needs and wishes and worked sympathetically to them. His attention to detail in helping us get the houses in a good position for photographing and viewings was really useful and his years of experience really showed. When it came to viewings they were worked around our lives and really were effortless. I opted for an "open day" block booking due to work commitments, whereas my parents preferred a more ad hoc approach. Both worked really well and nothing was too much trouble. Negotiations were handled professionally and I always believed Andy would work to get the best deal for us. Overall Andy has made selling two houses uncomplicated and hassle free while always having our best interests at the forefront of everything he did, showing honesty and integrity throughout. If I decide to move house again Andy will be who I go to see.
