GooglePositive experience with Martin & Co. Viewing of the property I was interested in was arranged on the same day that I called. Rebekah met me on time and answered all my questions. She was friendly and courteous and provided me with the application later in the day.

Arranged a viewing via the agent turned up only to be turned away by armed police couldn’t even get anywhere near the property agent didn’t even answer the phone to explain or answer my calls to rearrange. Complete waste of my time ☹️

GoogleUsually never leave reviews but travelled over an hour for a viewing at 10:30 on a Saturday morning to be stood up. Disgraceful - had to call the office 3 times before anyone could indicate that the lettings agent showed no sign of appearing.

We were there at the viewing location of the property before time. We had a little challenges locating the actual property, but we stood at the neighbourhood and while we were waiting. The lady can to show the property. It was satisfactory. We indicated interest to fill the application form.

To be honest, Damien and Vinnay just seem to try a bit harder than other agents I have used, and got the property sold in spite of some legal issues which came up along the way.
