Martin & Co have been incredible over the course of my 2 year tenancy. My property manager, Sinead, is always a delight to speak with and has been incredibly informative and responsive to any and all issues I have had! Any larger issues that arose were always handled with urgency, care and with my best interest in mind. An absolute pleasure to rent from!

I arranged to meet someone from Martin & Co and they were punctual, friendly and as helpful as possible.The viewing arrangements were made professionally by the office and they sent a reminder for the appointment. When the viewing was delayed, Martin & Co let me know asap and re arranged it. The staff I spoke to were helpful with a friendly manner.

I have seen an advertisement on Rightmove for one of the buildings at Harborne by Martin&Co. I went to the office where Oscar has welcomed me warmly. He gone with me through all the options available for me at Harborne for renting and arranged viewings for me in the next day and he was very happy to answer all of my questions :) .

Very helpful liaising with the landlord - there was a lot of back and forth, and the paperwork was received promptly. Lovely interactions and I would highly recommend this branch! Honourable mention to Gaby who was super helpful and honest with the property she showed us. Great team!
