I have spoken to two members of the team primarily, Sadika and Mandi, and they were always extremely helpful, and talked me through the entire process, making sure I found the property for me and at the price I wanted. Not sure why they are so big. Terrible service, the team lack professionalism. Tenant queries not dealt with efficiently. I even called the office a few times before getting answer.
