GoogleBooked a viewing and waited 15 mins no one showed up. Called office, said will send someone. Waited another 25 mins, called again, said they can not do anything about it. Clueless!

I made an enquiry about a viewing on a rental property yesterday morning and was given an appointment to view yesterday afternoon. The young man who showed me round was approachable, friendly and answered all my questions. He then followed up by emailing paperwork this morning, just as he said he would.

GoogleThe worst agent company that considers landlord's benefits in the tenancy agreements.Irresponsible for any issues with tenants. Please read carefully each clause of the contract, such as fixed term and increasing rate per year. Ask them to clarify everything in the contract. They usually hide issues and problems in the rental property.
