I would highly recommend Sue and her team at Leaders Maypole who oversaw the sale of my property. Right from the start of the process the caring and supportive nature and true professionalisim to which they pride themselves on really shone through as nothing was too much trouble and going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly ensured a successful outcome for me. Thank you so much to Sue, Ryan and the Team for helping me complete on my house. I would highly recommend Ryan who was fantastic throughout. He went above and beyond, chasing up solicitors, sellers etc even when they weren’t the easiest to deal with at times! He reassured me and provided an amazing service throughout. Been an easy process and I didn’t feel stressed at any point because Ryan took the burden off my shoulders. On completion day I met with Sue who was warm, friendly and lovely and handed my keys over. The staff come across really caring and it feels like a family. 10/10 experience highly recommend Maypole Leaders!

Leaders Maypole have been really good to me getting me through the sale of my late moms house Sue and her team have been so supportive .keeping me up to date with things and a excellent job of promoting the property .a fantastic job of the photography as I wasn’t around at that time so I have had a really positive experience so far with the last couple of things to get the sale over the line .

From the moment we identified the property and throughout the whole process the Leaders team were incredibly efficient. We were kept informed throughout the sales journey and it was refreshing to work with an Agent who took ownership of getting things done as opposed to acting as a post box. Sue and the team went out of their way to accomodate us, even accomodating our inflexibilities around working hours, and genuinely nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Dave who remained calm and patient, when a very willing buyer remained less so! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

5* experience! We have just sold our house with Leaders Maypole and have nothing but kind words to be said about them. Dave kicked off the process with our house valuation, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we felt at ease having him in our home. Ryan then completed many house viewings, he worked around us and our circumstances and gave us quick feedback after each viewing. We had a few offers, with 2 falling through, however, Ryan was able to give us sound advice on our next steps. When we sold our property he regularly updated us throughout the process. I found the online portal useful as house viewings and next steps were regularly updated and tracked on this so it was easy to keep up with what was happening next. From my friends experience with other estate agents, they didn’t receive this same service so I would 100% recommend Leaders and the Maypole team. Thanks so much.

If I ever sold a house again I would definitely use Leaders of Maypole, a faultless service. The manager Sue's enthusiasm, advice and attention to detail left me in no doubt that she had my best interests at heart and would achieve the best possible price. I was not disappointed, from the professional staging of the property (resulting in outstanding photos), through many viewings to auction day, Sue's Team (Emma, Maleek and Dave) were excellent. When I accidently left a painting hanging, Maleek went the extra mile (literally) to retrieve it and deliver it to my relative. If you are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable estate agent then look no further.

Wow, what a fantastic estate agents they are. We recently found a property for sale nearby and popped into the maypole office. What really struck me was the kind friendly welcome, the staff there a genuine people. They made us feel at ease straight away and nothing was too much trouble. We viewed the property at a time to suit us, as we both work full-time it had to be an evening. On the day of completion they were ready and waiting when we came to collect the keys. They even gave us a welcome pack, full of useful, thoughtful items. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Leaders again and can't thank them enough for their fantastic service. Keep up the good work

I'm happy to say I've completed on my property in December 2022 but this would not have been possible without the hard work of the entire Leaders Maypole team. At times when I felt I was getting nowhere and the process was taking too long they were able to provide me with updates needed to show progress. This sale was complicated and required meticulous attention and the team handled it exceptionally especially Sue and Emma. Thank you for your hard work and support throughout.

My mother’s house sale was completed today by Leaders Estates Maypole. The service from day 1 has been excellent. Throughout the process I was kept informed by various members of staff at different stages of the sale. Everything was carried out at a steady pace allowing plenty of time to sort the house clearance and paperwork. I would definitely recommend Leaders at the Maypole for all areas but particularly the B14 area. My thanks to all concerned for making, what is a sad thing to have to do after our Mother’s passing, a necessary job made much easier and very friendly too.

Bought my first home which was up for sale with Leaders Maypole and they were absolutely fantastic. After a year of very stressful house hunting they helped us to get our offer accepted, and the sale was completed within 8 weeks. The communication was excellent and they are really lovely people to deal with - especially Sue Robinson the manager of the branch, Maleek who showed us around the property and I spoke to lots on the phone, and Sue Carter our move manager who kept us regularly updated with regards to the progress. When we come to sell this house I will put it on the market with them and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.

We have completed the sale of our property this morning and I have to say that the staff at leaders Maypole were amazing from the initial valuation with Sue Robinson and her being the face of leaders, from the start she was professional, warm and friendly and instilled full confidence from the off. We had no thinking to do with who to go with, it was leaders there and then. Within two days the board was up and the property sold within a couple of days. Sue Carter the move manager also was excellent with her negotiation skills and regular updates on the progress. Thank you to the rest of the team for their background support and input and accommodating the viewings during such a crazy time. We cant recommend Leaders enough in their personal and professional approach. Thank you once again for all your hard work.

I have recently purchased a home that was put on the market by leaders. Stuart was pleasant when showing me around and was always quick to respond to any emails/queries that I had throughout the process. Being a first time buyer he made sure to explain as much as he could about the steps of purchasing a house. Today my partner and I collected the keys for our house. This was our first home and Leaders supported us and assured us all the way through they were a listening ear when needed and also an excellent guidance when we needed pointing in the right direction. They were always on hand. Stuart made the initial viewing an enjoyable experience in itself, Emma was always on the end of the phone and Caine ensured I could pop to the property numerous times given that my dad and mom couldn't make the 2nd vieiwing which is obviously as first time buyers something that was important to us Caine was a credit to the team!
