GoogleFirst they lie to you About arrangements that did not happen, make up imaginary housing policies that does not exist, have preferential treatment for clients who they trust, then put you forward for a property out of your price range. 2 different staff gave me different prices for retainer deposit, if you are looking for a smooth and professional estate agents, I would highly recommend avoid these people.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleStay away Took details and then IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CALLS TO CONFIRM VALUATION DATE Had neighbour on hold to show them round I explained that at time. Will resist exposing the staff members name which I have. Im too professional. Voicemail machine says "dont leave message as full" !! Im "just moving on" from being UTTERLY messed around. Avoid. GoogleWell me and my husband have been in our new home for a month now. I can highly recommend Just Move. From the valuation of our property to putting it on the market and the whole process even tho moving is very stressful Marie always fully assured us along the way that everything was moving in the right direction. GoogleI had a very bad experience with this place , the customer service is extremely rude , they keep your information and you never know how and where they use it as they dont make you sign any thing rather they have their own created rule of gathering information before any service commitments. They lied and played hide n seek with me on a deal , in the end I pulled myself off , it seems like they have favourite buyers in the list. Would not recommand anyone using them.

GoogleDid exactly what they said they would do, when I had my initial contact with them. In that respect I cannot really fault them and only really had problems regarding the time everything took.I think with that they were at the mercy of my conyeyancers so it was frustrating for everyone.But overall I would recommend them and would defineitly use again in the future.

GoogleHad a terrible experience with a sales agent so changed to Just Move Estates. Apart from being ultra professional they got me loads of viewings with their unique marketing approach and from accepting an offer to the day of completion took just 5 weeks. Why would you want to use another agents when they need to up their game substantially to even come near to matching Just Move Estates. A1 first class all the way.
