I've been with John shepherd as my letting agent for 18 months now, I've had an excellent experience with them as a staff team and as individuals. My property manager is called Lauren and she is brilliant! Nothing is ever too much she's always there to help and drops us an email every now and then to see how we're getting on, I can't speak highly enough of her! 10/10 would recommend using them

Excellent experience dealing with Jordan, Sophie and Shannon throughout the whole process, from valuation through to completion. The whole process has been smooth.Exceptionally professional and really helpful. I’ve met Jordan and Sophie, outstanding customer service from them both, they are both really personable and they couldn’t do enough to help me, I can’t thank them both enough. I've had a property on the market with John Shepherd for 3 months. We've had no viewings arranged at all. Today I found out that their office is now a café and the office is closed. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. Beware.

Great experience from the moment I first called, arranged a video viewing within minutes, and then straight forward process to getting our new property. Lily, Megan, Junace and I think Connor all gave a positive experience and made life very easy. Thank you all for your help and support to finding our dream new home. Would definitely recommend John Shephard !Also to the gent who opened the door to pick up our keys very polite and welcoming into your office.

I had a viewing with Lily last Tuesday and put in mine and my partners application for our desired property straight away. Within the same day, we had everything sent to us to process and a week later, everything has gone through and been confirmed! It has overall been a great experience, communication was amazing throughout with fast responses to any queries/concerns. The service we had has been outstanding and we couldn’t have had a more smooth and straightforward process. I would 100% recommend John Shepherd Estate Agents and we look forward to moving into our new home ☺️

We have used John Shepherd for many years when renting our apartment in Edgbaston, Birmingham.When we decided to sell they seemed the natural fit as they knew the property and surroundings well.Whilst the sale took some time to complete, through no fault of John Shepherd, we would not have got there without the guidance, patience and perseverance of both Emilie and Shannon.Through the process they were always on hand to speak to and they did not hesitate to step in when we encountered difficulties with the buyer and the property Managing Agents.Thank you both for achieving an asking price sale - both ladies are a credit to the John Shepherd business.Thank you both and well done.

GoogleMy property has been overseen by other property managers before Gita Patel became my property manager, and she is by far the best so far. Really pleased with Gita Patel's service as my property manager. She has shown dedication in helping me to get my property up to standard before new tenants were to move in, especially as I am currently residing in Australia! Given the time difference, I have found Gita to be extremely responsive and she will often get back to me soon with any queries that I may have about my property. We had buyers that pulled out of our sale but even when this happened, the team worked tirelessly and I knew I was in safe hands.All of the team including Lauren, Lisa, Callum and any one else I may have missed off are great to work with and stop at nothing to give you a good service.
