GoogleI have been living here for a couple of weeks now and I have no faults at all. The apartment is lovely and completed to a high standard. All of the staff are lovely and have made me feel welcome.
The communal areas are brilliant, perfect for working remotely or socialising. The complex is secure with someone on reception 24/7.

GoogleMe and my partner are now into our second year here and we love it! From the events on offer, the luxury modern apartments and the rooftop terraces, we love it! So does our Puppy, he settled down straight away and loves making dog friends around the building! It’s a community! The team are always on hand to help out so any problems just ask! So happy to call this place home!

GoogleRestriction after restriction. It feels more like a workplace than a home for residents. No entry to the communal garden room after 8 seems a little harsh when people finish work at 5/6pm and take a long time to commute home, so can't even enjoy its amenities. Now they've decided to charge people £2 for the use of the coffee machine which seems to have misled us when we signed the tennancy as it was a unique selling point exclusive to residents. The reason was due to the "cost of milk and maintenance" Surely the rent prices the 300+ residents are paying would more than than cover this? Alot of us residents are not happy.

GoogleMultiples ‘advantages’ taken away and you had to start paying for and even though we were paying £100 extra per month for parking they said we were not paying as their system is not good at all. This ended up going to court and having to pay even more money to clear this up. Bad management Rent also went up unexpectedly

GoogleAlthough I haven’t lived here, I have experienced the building and it has great views of the city from the terrace’s, however I have a few Friends that lived here and management had made their experience horrible overtime by making false promises and being very rude. It’s a shame a nice building like this gone to waste, was a great location too, not too far from city centre!

GoogleHaving lived at Hairpin House for a few weeks now, I couldn’t be happier with it! The staff have been so attentive, and the maintenance team sorted a problem with my shower within 2 hours of me flagging the issue. The roof gardens and communal areas are beautiful too! Would highly recommend.

GoogleClean and modern flats with some great communal spaces in the building. The area is up and coming, with a bunch of cool bars and eateries on the doorstep. Only 15 minutes to walk in to the city and to the train stations. A special mention for the management who have been exceptionally responsive and helpful!
