GoogleGreat pet friendly apartments and amenities. Everything in our flat was brand new, and the staff is super helpful always. Multiple terraces and social areas too, the cubicles are specially useful to me as a student whenever I want to get away from my flatmates and focus somewhere quiet!

GoogleMoved here recently (this is a brand new building) and it is wonderful so far! 3 rooftop gardens, communal spaces including an area designed for working from home (private booths, meetings rooms, etc), and friendly staff that genuinely do their best to help you with whatever you need. Flats are very customisable for renting - maintenance painted our home for us and pictures hung on the wall with nails. The community that lives here is also lovely and you are encouraged to interact/socialise - I've already made friends with a few neighbours! I can see my partner and I being happy in this development for a long time, and the value for money when compared to other flats in the same price range is incredible.

GoogleMy partner and i moved here a month ago.. and absolutely love the place and people around ! There is always someone at the front desk which makes it convenient to have parcels delivered when we’re not around. And the maintenance staff Yusuf was especially helpful with mounting our TV, paintings on the wall, shelves and wall art !! Excellence service !!

GoogleI’ve thoroughly enjoyed living in my apartment! It’s pleasantly located just a short distance from the city center, making it super convenient. The 24/7 concierge is fantastic, always friendly and quick to help with any requests. I’ve had no issues, and any concerns I've raised were addressed promptly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

GoogleHaving arrived in Birmingham from Hong Kong for the first time with our two dogs and not knowing much about the renting system in the UK, I can never forget how reassuring the staff sounded on the phone when we made our first enquiry. We were guided through the whole process and were well-informed at each stage. The apartment has been built to outstanding standard. Even after more than a month in Hairpin now, the staff are still receiving us with the kindest attitude like the first time we came to the viewing. We love it and our dogs will certainly attest to this.

GoogleThe staff at Hairpin House are extremely professional and helpful. From my initial viewing to signing the lease and then moving in, they provided a great service every step of the way. I’m extremely happy I picked this building and I enjoy living here. It will be great for some people who work remotely because they have a co-working space, private booths and meeting rooms on the first floor. You can use it anytime at no extra charge.

All in all, a horrible experience for me I do not recommend this place to anyone

GoogleThey advised our new landlord that we were late on payment once although it was THEIR portal that wasn't working which they were aware of since they’d emailed us about it. Now that we’d left we’re still awaiting the return of the deposit we’d requested 4 weeks ago which TDS are now having to chase them for… ridiculous. Update - They’d emailed to apologise for the delay but have still not returned the deposit we’d requested 5 weeks ago now.

GoogleI’ve lived in Hairpin House for more than a year now and I must say it’s really been a delight. Having a 24/7 concierge, the multiple rooftops/terrace and the available study/meeting spaces has all been really beneficial amenities that has definitely added to the overall experience

GoogleHarpin management is awfully bad. Constantly terrorise their own tenants. Treated very poorly by its staff despite being the highest paying tenant. Very negative environment overall. I strongly advise anyone renting from here. Although I don’t live here. I know what it is like from other residents.

GoogleI strongly advise against choosing to live in this building. The staff are unhelpful and unresponsive to residents' issues. The property is poorly maintained, with cleanliness standards severely lacking. The common areas are consistently dirty, and overall, the place feels neglected. Save yourself the trouble and look for housing elsewhere.
