TrustpilotJust shocked at how I have been treated...
Quite possibly the worst estate agents I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Took them 3 weeks to acknowledge that I was looking to rent, then after 2 viewings they didn't even tell me the landlord had decided to not rent the flats anymore. To add insult to injury they didn't even cross sell to show me other properties they have. I would like to say I am shocked but I am not. I will never use them ever... EVER!

I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. My brother and I contacted Hunters recently in relation to a 6 bedroom detached house with extensive parking & gardens in Buntingford Hertfordshire. We arranged an appointment with their employee Laura. My brother and I were so impressed by Laura from our first meeting in relation to her knowledge of lettings. She proved herself to be highly efficient and courteous during the following week and arranged all the certification, photos & floor plans for the letting with the individual contractors and in addition to providing us with beautiful Client brochures posted it on Rightmove within a very short time scale. I would highly recommend Laura and Hunters.

I recently sold 3 houses with Hunters in Gateshead and I have to say Hunters did a job a great job for me. A couple of the sales were not straight forward but they managed to get the sales over the line and and showed great worth ethic and professionalism. Rob is always on the other side of the phone going the extra mile to help out. They also managed my rentals and did an amazing job finding me great tenants. GoogleA waste of time for Lettings. Poor communication takes them one week to go view the property and take pics then the tenant finding fee is higher than what they said verbally. Please request a quote before you go further . Every time you call you speak to a new person annoying. The saying if you pay more you get better service is entirely false . All letting estate agents are doing the same job just charging different fees. Please call around and get quotes for tenant finding with a number of agents then you will know who charges what.
Good Afternoon, You are going by an online alias but looking at your review we recognise who you are and are sorry to see you felt the need to write an incorrect review. Just to reconfirm our tenant find service is clearly stipulated on our website and was clearly communicated to you as a percentage of the first months rent. You went away an unsuccessfully tried to let it out with another local agent and returned to us saying they had let you down. As you wanted to increase your rent by £300 per calendar month our percentage fee naturally went up also which was clearly explained to you again and you decided you didn't want to proceed. Your comments about are service are difficult to understand as you have never actually used our services. I would like to take the opportunity to encourage any prospective landlord to have an in-person valuation with ourselves where we will happily go through our fees and services transparently and in detail. GoogleHunters did an effective job of marketing the property. They did achieve a reasonably good price for my property that offered value to the buyer as well. However it would have been useful to know from the beginning the offer process in terms of initial offers, best and finals etc. I was very happy that they got the sale over the line. Their help in solving a problem that arose at the last minute was valuable. In overall terms, I am very satisfied and will recommend them.

GoogleI can’t get a hold of the office to inquire about a property. After trying multiple times, the numbers on Rightmove and Google don’t connect unfortunately and the number on Zoopla rings for ages.

GoogleI had a good experience buying a property marketed by Hunters, they were accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and showed round one-to-one rather than arranging rushed half-hour slot mass viewing sessions unlike some other agents. Jake was easy to get hold of to arrange surveys and answer queries, and always responded to emails promptly.

GoogleWe used Hunter's to let our property for us and always found Sophie very professional. When we decided to sell the property and used Hunters as our agent. I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

What to say, utterly unprofessional estate agent. Some properties are for sale in ivyhouse road that we like to view, seen it in Zoopla. And was told that property is sold couple of weeks ago, off hand. I am sure as an agent they have access to the account and very easy to put it STC, rather than making people running around.

Both Claire and Chloe were brilliant.
