What a fabulous team. From the beginning Daniella was outstanding. She really saw my house and its potential. Her valuation was over the other 2 estate agents which worried me……but it shouldn’t have. Her and her team secured me £20,000 above what the other agents said was my limit. They worked hard, amazing communication and just down right fabulous people. Korron then took me on the journey with the buyers terrible solicitors constantly fighting to move quicker and making sure everything was done correctly and held my hand DAILY….what a super star. If you go with anyone else it would be a mistake. Thanks ladies for the best service I could have asked for x

Korron at Dixons is an asset to the company. She was always great at communicating with us, and worked very hard to get our sale completed so we could move. She built great relationships with others involved in the process, and was able to keep us updated on how everything was progressing when our solicitor was letting us down. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work, and her support. Korron has a heart of gold, and os a really hard worker. 💛 I would also like to thank Neela for her perseverance at selling our home. She was so warm and friendly throughout and we will miss our chats outside the house!

We honestly cannot recommend Korron highly enough! Korron wasn’t even our estate agent, our house was listed with someone else, but she ended up taking charge of our entire chain. From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line. She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none. Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable. Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had got my mortgage sorted from their in house mortgage advisor Rikki and he was amazing. We were struggling getting a good mortgage as my mom was elderly and we weren't getting a good rate but Rikki managed to get us a good amount. He explained the whole procedure to us and left us at ease. During the process, we had some difficulties with our solicitors. As it was out first time buying a house and we didn't understand some paper work or what was happening next and would email/ring Rikki and he would reply as soon as explaining to us what everything meant and what to do at each stage. I honestly cannot rate Korron, Daniella & Neela highly enough. I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went. It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life! Thank you all again!

Wonderful service from Korron on the selling of the property and the time and effort she has put into the completion going through with the whole chain has been nothing short of amazing service, above and beyond is selling her efforts short. Korron frequently did so much outside the scope of the expectations of an estate agent. Our solicitors were of very little help throughout, but she ensured the communication between them and ourselves happened. When our solicitors frequently came back with no information, Korron had it, got it or got them ‘doing their jobs’ is the only way I can describe it. All I can say is thank you.
