We moved into our new apartment at Aston Place just before the lockdown was put into place. The whole process was seamless and our day to day living has continued in the same way. We have loved every minute of living here. Our apartment is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. There are amazing views of Birmingham from our 18th floor balcony. And all of the staff that work here are so friendly and willing to help with any queries we have had. I couldn't recommend living here any more!!

Apartments have all the essentials appliances and comes with large balcony!!! The beat things about the building is its proximity to the train statin and the city center..... The staff is very friendly and helps you out on every little thing!! The building and corridors are quite clean and well maintained. Unfortunately you have to Park at Arena central car park ... but the car park has easy access through the building. The parking card needs to be with you all the time and cant be left in the car unfortunately!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They had some lovely rooms and prices were fair. Having balconies in the rooms is always a huge plus. However, my experience with staff was not pleasant, I didn't feel like there was sufficient cooperation to attempt to find accommodation to suit your needs. Rather this is what we want if you don't like it we'll just find someone else. So overall it's okay

Frustrating Renting Experience. I have made numerous attempts to contact them via phone, but it seems like nobody is picking up the calls. I have spent countless minutes on hold and repetitive recorded messages, only to be eventually disconnected without ever speaking to a live representative. This lack of accessibility is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. As a last resort, I decided to visit their physical location. I was assured by a staff member that they would get back to me promptly. Regrettably, this promise turned out to be nothing more than empty words. Despite leaving my contact details, I have not received a single update or even a courtesy call since my visit. In addition to the lack of phone assistance and follow-up, my attempts to contact via email have also gone unanswered. I have sent multiple emails explaining my issue in detail, providing all the necessary information, and requesting an update, but the company has failed to acknowledge any of them. This unresponsiveness is simply unacceptable and reflects a severe disregard for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to rectify their customer service practices. I urge them to prioritize their customers' needs and ensure that adequate resources are allocated to address issues promptly. Prompt and efficient communication is vital to fostering positive customer relationships, and it is an area where they have fallen far short.

Enquiring about this place has been a total nightmare, very horrible experience. Their selection process is so unfair and bias. They tend to be very picky. Despite indicating interest severely, with a good paying job and well educated professional. Unfair selection process. I’m always among the first set of person to enquire and indicate interest, I keep burning gas going there, despite all these I’ve not been considered. I’ve even offered to pay 6 months in advance. Customer service is also really poor. Also met this guy named Paul who was saying things that were so unreasonable and indirectly trying to tell me to get lost. I’m really disappointed in the inhuman service received from the leasing team at this property. Rather than a first come, first serve basis. It is a who they like and choose basis and it is really sad.

They provide free internet in each apartment, in addtion to complementary gym service and a meeting room for small gathering available to all tenants (restrictions are in place during this pandemic).

Moved in last week, everyone is so helpful and happy. We have a little chat with the building manager when we see him downstairs. The apartment is new, clean and furnished very nicely. The furniture is good quality and comfortable. Getting mail and parcels is super easy and secure. Right in the centre of town! We are so happy to live here.
