GoogleAbsolutely horrendous customer service, I travelled from Cheltenham to Birmingham to view an apartment as I have a urgent requirement to move. Turned up to view the property without being told the apartment had been let and was then told I should check my voicemails and see it's my own fault. I check and no message on voicemail. Absolute jokers

Googlei’m a first time buyer so i didn’t have much knowledge they weren’t helpful at all the.Our mortgage got declined last moment & the guy who was sorting our mortgage out didn’t even know the reason or tried explaining anything. very disappointed!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAfter paying holding deposit, doing the references and just 2 days before moving in, the agent texted me ( we are sorry to tell you that the landlord has let the property to someone else!) without any reason or explanation. Bad and unprofessional experience,unfortunately!

GoogleThey are the best property managers/Estate agents you can have. They attend to problems very quickly, are very professional and nice. They make sure any problem reported is checked and fixed and follow up with the tenants to make sure their issues were sorted.

GoogleGot an apartment, made deposit, completed applications and successful reference by homelet and then I was told the current occupant isn't moving out again. I was depressed immediately. Both myself and my kids.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies I have encountered. Terrible service, not helpful at all. I booked a viewing and they called me when I was outside the house to cancel it. Unprofessional and very rude on the phone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to rent or buy.
