Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

I TRIED TO BUY A PROPERTY THROUGH CONNELLS ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE CONNELLS .THEY WERE FORCING ME TO USE THEIR SOLICITOR AS WELL AS MORTGAGE ADVISOR.TERRIBLE

Stay away from this company! Our sale almost fell though due to them. If we hadn't had started to deal with our buyer direct everything would have fell apart Connells are an awful agent.

Absolutely awful and dishonest.Still not received return of deposit despite moving out in June.TDS requested the funds but Connells have not transferred to them and subesrquently lied in court about the issue.Steer clear.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.
