We brought our house through chosen homes. They were brilliant throughout lots of bumps in the road for us, but they kept us in the loop all the way through. Lisa was regularly calling and leaving me, voice notes, which was very reassuring. Nicky and Charlotte were also very on the ball. Thank you all 👌🏻🙏

Victoria was responsible for the progression of our house sale and also the purchase of our new house. She was an absolute godsend! She very often went above and beyond her duties to help out or to find out information to support us with our concerns. She was always calm, polite and very professional and frequently was required to reassure us as very stressful clients! An absolute asset to her employers. You will not be disappointed.

Right from the start, Hannah was prompt, reliable, efficient, professional and friendly; I had my late father's property to sell long distance, and she made the whole process as pain free and simple as possible. She or her partner were always available to help or answer a question, and her advice was invaluable. As the cherry on the cake, as a seller, I paid no fees - so for me, ChosenHome was definitley the best choice. Outstanding service - thanks guys!

Having initially marketed our parents apartment unsuccessfully with a local estate agent, we decided to give Chosen a go, having heard great things about them. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond with the service they have provided. Throughout the sale, Nicki and Rob’s professionalism has shone through. The photography and virtual tour Paul provided was excellent, really showing off the apartment to it’s best. We were constantly kept in the loop with regards to viewings and general updates on progress by Nicki and Rob, who were always extremely helpful and easy to contact. Chosen’s whole concept is amazing with their no seller fees, video and virtual tours. This is our 5th move and to be honest, my opinion of estate agents wasn't the greatest but Chosen Homes have completely changed this for me. They have been incredible. Everyone we have met has been so professional and lovely. They go over and beyond, genuinely putting so much time and effort into marketing our property and achieving 2 offers in under 2 weeks. It really feels like they have your best interests at heart but are also respectful to the buyer and make the whole process a positive experience. Nicki and Rob have always been honest and transparent and you feel like you are always informed. They have taken care of everything for us and we are so glad we 'chose' Chosen. Nicki taking over the viewings for us was so helpful and I think made such a difference- it literally is an entirely different estate agency and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much Nicki, Rob, Immie, Paul and Richard - you've been amazing.

So far this has been an easy process for us... Hannah is the perfect blend of professional and friendly and has been proactive, reliable and quick to respond to any queries. Communication is key during such a stressful time and Hannah even called me late at night to let us know our offer had been accepted! Chosen provided a very professional and friendly service when marketing my property. The photographs were amazing and the advice was I given first rate. Communication was key, with all parties provided with WhatsApp thread, informing me of prospective viewers, timing of viewings and feedback. I would definitely recommend.

I have to admit I was dubious at first as I saw not sure how this concept would differ . But the attention to detail and their customer first approach throughout the process was different to the old estate agent approach . Nicki and Gemma C were absolutely fantastic, both were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. The communication was top-notch with Gemma liaising with ourselves, our solicitors and a very lengthy chain. Gemma really went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
