Choose Chosen!

I don’t have a lot to say other than.. choose Chosen!!!! I’m not very good at writing reviews because I don’t really do them that often.. but Lisa at Chosen definitely deserves it! We had a bumpy start with our buyer pulling out and then we had a long road with our buyer due to unforeseen circumstances but Lisa was absolutely brilliant! She is so hard working, always polite, professional.. and she really knows how to work her magic..! If I ever move house again.. will for sure be choosing Chosen! Thank you to all.. but mainly Lisa for her commitment to her clients, for her professional manner, and for just generally being awesome! X

Brilliant team and company to buy with

From the moment I saw the property on Rightmove , I contacted Mandy at chosen homes who was so professional and could tell straight away what a great company.I arranged a viewing twice with Chris from chosen who was brilliant and couldn’t have been nicer and gave me all the time to look at the property . Very very professional and knowledgable of the property .Then once I made the offer he was brilliant and negotiated perfectly with the vendor .I felt really confident and looked after , it’s a great feeling that chosen homes ( Chris ) wanted both parties to be happy .Completed in record time thanks to his help and very clear instructions .I could not recommend him or chosen more highly . Follow up calls and communication during the purchase and completion were second to none . Would sell or buy from them 100% again Thank you to Chris and his brilliant team at chosen homes

Superb Service!

I was recommended Chris by a friend who’d experienced superb service from him on a difficult sale. Chris and the Chosen Homes team certainly didn’t disappoint. The approach to marketing was brilliant and viewing was totally hassle free (for me!). After a buyer pulled out, which was very frustrating, the house was re-marketed with intense effort, and a new buyer found. Finding a dependable estate agent is not easy, but I found the approach used by Chris and the team at Chosen to be brilliant. No hesitation in recommending them.

Above and beyond all expectations.Negotiating skills and attention to detail made the whole process of selling our house a less stressful time than anticipated. The advice given to both of us was extremely valuable. The real difference from other agents we have used in the past was that Lisa was always available, working well beyond normal office hours putting her heart and soul into making our house sale go through as swiftly as possible. Got there in the end

Got there in the end after some time wasters, Chosen priced it correctly and their WhatsApp group was great if you wanted answer or had any questions swiftly. Chris was great from the get go, had to listen to some of my rants but all in good humour. Would recommend for sure much better than the high street agents (say no more). Also EPO their recommended solicitors were great also.

Chosen Homes will be the best choice you make for selling your home.Lisa kept us up to date with all the viewings and sold our house within 2 months.The WhatsApp group kept us all up to date and when I had any queries they were answered immediately.Now where do I start with Gemma, we didn’t have the best solicitors but she fought tooth and nail for us to get it over the line, which meant her working late and even while you was supposed to be on holiday.I can’t recommend them enough, thank you Chosen Homes xx

Outstanding Service, Stunning Photos & Sold for Free!

Selling our flat with Chosen Home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Not only are they incredibly professional, they also provide the best property photos I’ve seen, and to top it off, they sell your home for free! Communication was excellent throughout. We had a WhatsApp group with the whole Chosen team, which meant viewings could be arranged instantly and important updates were shared quickly with me and my wife. Their responsiveness took all the stress out of the process. Despite some challenges with my flat (a high service charge and lease length issues), Chosen achieved the price I was hoping for and managed to sell it quickly. I always felt complete trust in their advice, which made every decision much easier. It wasn’t about one individual, the entire team went above and beyond. If you want the most professional service, a personal touch, stunning photos and to sell your property for free, I would recommend Chosen Homes without hesitation!

We purchased through Chosen Home and met Nicki at the home we have purchased, for a viewing. Nicki was attentive, accommodating and extremely helpful and has been throughout.
